3Rd Pregnancy-different Symptoms

I'm 6 1/2 weeks pregnant with my third child and I'm having symptoms that I had with my other two much later. For example, I'm already having low back pain. I've also experienced what I describe as my back and low abdomen feeling tired, like I've been on the go too much. Just wondered if other moms have had similar experiences. I'd love for someone to say this is all normal!

What can I do next?

I am at the end of my 3rd pregnancy (only 6 weeks to go!) and I can tell you that nothing about this one was similar to my other 2. Nothing! I felt movement much earlier, had back pain earlier and that heavy feeling in the pelvis way early. It was almost like my body was saying "oh yeah, we already know what to do" and the muscles just sort of flopped back into place from the previous pregnancy. With 1st, 2nd I carried very low and tight. This time through I am way out front and high. Nothing to do with gender as I already have a boy and a girl and they carried the same.

So what you experiencing is pretty normal, at least from my experience. I also had that heavy feeling low because the baby was sitting in the birth canal and facing my spine. It made me feel things differently. This one also has a different sleep/awake cycle than the other 2 did. My others were super active and punched and moved constantly (even in their "restful" times). This one is more sedate and just does more rolling movements and has definite times of rest where I feel very little movement for a few hours and then it is awake and plays for awhile. Usually when it hears its siblings!

Good luck with #3! Should be an experience.

R.,

Every pregnancy is different. With my daughter, I had morning sickness the first trimester and my son,it was the second trimester. You just to need to remember that everyone is different.

It's because your body "remembers" how to stretch and what it's like to be pregnant. You probably felt these symptoms a little earlier with #2 and just didn't think much of it.

I am 6 months pregnany now second child. when I was about 6 weeks I felt the same way. Try sleeping with a pillow between your knees, I know it helps me still with the back pain. Good luck

What you are experiencing sounds very familiar to me! I have major pain earlier with #3- I am around 30 weeks and some symptoms have never occured.

I'm not a doctor but I think it is. When I was pregnant with my third, I experienced everything much earlier. By the third pregnancy, everything is stretched, loose etc....I would however, try to slow it down as much as you can.

This is number 4 for me, and OMG I have been miserable and in almost constant pain. Lots of back pain and round ligament pain, and we are just now at 23 weeks. I never had the round ligament pain at all with my first 3, but my doctor said that the stretching is actually more painful with each child, rather than less painful like most people think.
