Has anyone had or been to a birthday party at The Little Gym or New Jersey Children's Museum (paramus)? I'm trying to plan my son's second birthday and am having trouble deciding between these venues. Also, if anyone has any great alternate suggestions they are welcomed as well.

Thanks so much for the input. I decided to go with the Little Gym. I agree about it being better for 2 year olds to run around. I looked into the other venue suggestions but my they all seemed like "gym" type places and since my son takes classes at the little gym I figure he'll be most comfortable there. But after reading your comments i was pretty well sold on the gym as opposed to the museum. Thanks again!
We are thinking about having our son's 3rd birthday party at Kid's Kingdom in Northvale. He loves to play there, but I'm worried about their food choices. On the flier I have it says pizza or hot dogs, soda or fruit punch. I was hoping for better options, but I haven't called to ask if there were other choices.
I'm also going to check out Little Gym and Kids U.

A home party. They are the best and inexpensive. 2 yo children do not
need a lot. Good luck.
We've been to both (it's been a few years, my son is almost 8). I think the Little Gym would be better for 2 year olds - more room to run around - the Gym part is for the party only when you go where as the museum is open to everyone when the party is happening. We also went to a party at Kids U in Paramus last year and that might be another choice.
Yes I've gone to parties at both and I recommend a party at little gym for 2 year olds. Museum is geared for older kids who play games..etc. Age 4 or 5 is perfect for kids to run around museum. Happy birthday to yours!
