For both of my boy's we have had all of their b-days at chucky e cheese. They have a great toddler area and lots of kids to play with. not to mention it is SAFE!!!
My son is already looking forward to having his 4th b-day there and I will also have my other son's 2nd b-day there...
Good luck and happy birthday to your little one!!!

Welcome to Phoenix! Congratulations on your early graduation - it is a great accomplishment - especially with an infant! For your daughter's first birthday, just having mom around is the best. Some kids, especially infants/toddlers get overwhelmed with too much.
My suggestion would be to take her to McCormick Stillman Railroad Park. It is on Scottsdale Road & Indian Bend. They have a park with a carousel and a train ride. The kids love it! Go to http//www.therailroadpark.com for more information.
Happy Birthday.

The Phoenix Zoo has a water play area that my daughter just loves! It is an area with sprinklers of various sizes that go off in different intervals and she just toddles from one to another. There are usually lots of other kids there in all age groups. Just bring a change of clothes for her and maybe some shoes she can wear in that area as the ground can get hot and be prepared that you might get a little wet yourself.
Happy birthday and lots of fun!
I know it is too late today, but McCormick Train park is a wonderful place!! That is where I took my 18 month old daughter for her 1st birthday. She can ride the train for free ($1 for you) and the carousel for ($1 for you) free for her. They have play grounds and food stands. The weather is finally nice enough to enjoy it again. Happy birthday to her!!
Hi, do you want to have a party for her and friends? I usually took my kids to McDonalds for their birthday party if they haven't changed it they have a package deal with a birthday cake and decorations, You will have to call them or go into their rest. they also have the play area where she can play, hope this helps L.
