I have looked at many registries and think they include a lot of frivolous items (wipe warmers ect) So if you could go back in time and know then what you know now, what are your must have items. When I say I have nothing I mean not one baby item at all. I know I'll need a crib, clothes, ect. The Great Debate (Breastfeeding from the Breast Vs. the Pump)

I have been struggling with this question all day... Since I had my son on Friday breastfeeding has been... Not my favorite thing. I know it always starts out rough, and I know I'm not the only one who has hated it. I don't know how to tell if each breast is (I know he's getting plenty from the amount of diapers he goes through, but my breasts still seem like they have more milk in them when he's done) I can't get my son to feed in any position except one but I know that if I don't I can get mastitis (Which doesn't sound fun) When...
