Originally I was going to move into the house my mom is moving out of in a month but the lanlord has decided to sell the home. It would have been perfect 3 bedroom/2ba, formal living and formal dining and only $900 but it is a no now.

So I am looking for a rent home in the Keller ISD that DOES NOT go to Parkview, Basswood or North Riverside or anything like those schools. My daughter currently goes to Parkview and well I wont do that next year.

So I am looking for a rent home that goes to a different school such as: Blue Bonnet, Park Glen, Frienship, Freedom, Lone Star etc. Something that is East of Beach Street by South of Golden Triangle if possible.

If you know of anything or the best way to find a rent home please let me know. I am looking for a 3 bd+ $1,000 or less.

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

Well I found a bunch of homes acutally around the 1000-1050 range but they were a hair smaller than i wanted and on a busier street. I found a 1700 sq rent home on a culdasac that goes to Lonestar and is custom done inside (italian tile, real hardwood floors, custom deck and shed in back, formal dining, split bedrooms etc) for 1150 I wound up going with that. Thanks ladies

I live in the Heritage subdivision and my kids go to Lonestar (great school!). We walk down Riscky Trail every day and there is a house with a for lease sign in the yard. Don't know the rent, but the house looks to be about the size of the one you originally wanted. Riscky is off off Cliburn which is directly across from Lonestar off Trace Ridge.

I live in the neighborhood at Ray White and Shiver...my son goes to Lonestar (great school and great teachers). There are a few rent homes and homes for sale in our little neighborhood.

I'd check with an agent because you're pretty specific on the area you want and I would guess that for the most part in the area you're talking you're going to have a tough time finding something in that price range for a house. Most of the apartments in this area rent for more than that so most homeowner landlords feel they can charge similar to apartment rent.

I don't live in the neighborhood, or even the state, but my suggestion would be find a Realtor in the area you are looking for and ask them. Many times Realtors know of people that rent homes. I would ask at a few offices. You never know what you may find. Also, look on Craigslist on the internet. They will have rentals in those area's as well.
Good luck.
