Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew of any web sites where you could keep in touch with family. My sister and I were talking about it and for our cousins. There are 30+ of us and we were trying to find a way to keep in touch easier. We are looking for a site that we could kina post a blog telling everyone what's new. Maybe post some pictures. That way we could do it once and update everyone instead of sending out a huge number of emails. What I've found so far is just sites that one family updates everyone else with. I'm looking for one site everyone can use. If you know of any please let me know! Thanks for your help!

I have a blog that I do for my family and friends to see how my 15 month old son has grow over this last year. It's free, you can make it private or public, it's blogspot.com.

Good luck!

Myspace.com is a free site you can go to and you can blog and post pics ans leave messages etc...all of the family memebers would need to set up the their account and add you as a friend and them post away and they can also check out your profile . It si pretty easy and fun.

You could all sign up with myspace.com and then everyone set your profiles to private. Then attach all family members to each other and everyone can see and talk to anyone that is in your network. If you leave your profile public everyone that does a search for your name can see everything that you write.

There is also a reunion.com website, but that costs36.00 for two years I think.

Good luck.

I recently set up a site on freewebs.com. You could set up a username and password and share it with everyone and then each family could set up their own page. I think you can only set up one page blog, but you can set up several photo albums.

My family (lives all over the US and some even out of the country) uses and loves MyFamily.com

My cousin set it up, and we take turns extending membership. Whomever sets it up gives "permission" to those invited to add info. Once you are a member, you can also invite others (so you and your cousins can share the load of inviting others)

We have been doing it for 3+ years now and our extended family has joined so we have over 100 members now. It is a great way to see each other's kids in pictures and the "news" section lets us keep in contact. There are other sections like Movie Reviews, Favorite Recipes, etc.

I really love this site! MyFamily.com
