The one thing that I have the most clarity on is my primary purpose in life. And that is to experience love and be a joy bringer. I can only do that by sharing myself, being transparent, honest, forgiving, and rejoicing when others are willing to do the same. I am fascinated by life, this present world we live in, the human spirit, and last but not least how real, alive, and active God is.

My children amaze me. What a wonderful creation they are and I am blessed to be given stewardship over them. I’ve been given the oppotunity to take the lead, to be responsible, and to take care of them, but they are MY greatest teachers. I love to look at the world through thier eyes as we share so many first moments and discoveries together. The little girl in my own heart finds true serenity as we relate. They are like the best friends, that know my heart, that I’ve been waiting for my whole life. We are truely spirits that were meant to be together. Addy 16 years old, Hunter 3.5 years old, Lilly 21 months old.

My husband also fascinates me; however, I haven’t figured out ALL of the things that make a man tick yet. I do know a few: apple pie, sex on demand, peace & quiet, the mountain air, a son, golf… hunting… fishing… world wide wrestling… video games… need I say more? In all of this, I’m convinced that the moodier species is NOT the female. My husband is one emotional, passionate, sensitive guy. Sometimes he handles those issues well, sometimes not so well. So, something I’ve discovered is that my commitment, loyalty, faithfulness, as a wife can only depend on my personal integrity and not on the situation, the circumstance, the phase, the current event, the intensity of my fear, anxiety, boredom, love, jealousy, or passion for him. I can only serve well as a wife if I’m loving him unconditionally, demonstrating continuous forgiveness, and trusting in God’s daily direction on how to do so. Married 12 years. Together for 14 years.

And I love Mamasouce. Most of the time. The level of maturity and respect on this message board has been impressive. Thank you all so much for sharing your hearts.
