Why Am I Not Losing Any Weight
I have recently started working out. I do 45 minutes on the eliptical at least 3 times a week. I have been doing this for 5 weeks. I have not lost any weight and I have not gone down any size at all. I am not eating any more than usual and I do not have any medical issues. I recently went to the doctor and had blood work done. I am very disturbed about this. I feel like it is all a waste of time. I will not give up, but when will I see some results? Does it normally take this long to see something happen? Any suggestion would be greatly...
