What Would You Have Done? Referrals??
I was so upset this morning. I took my 3 and half year old daughter to the dentist(Dr. Jones in Denton) for a new patient appt. After waiting for 30 minutes they called her name and the asst. took my daughter's hand and looked at me and said, "you can sit back down" I said, What? She informed me in a rude manner that parents are not allowed to go back with their children. I said she is 3 and this is her first dental visit to a dentist I have never met.
