Seeking a Post Baby Work Out Plan!!
Hello! I want to know if anyone has any thoughts/suggestions/recommedations (I'm even open to urban legends!!) on how to get my core back or closer to it's prebaby self. I have a 6 month old baby and am back to my normal weight, but as many of you know objects shift during flight!
