How Much Sleep Does Your 3 or 4 Yr Old Get?
My son hasn't been napping in seriously almost a year. Quiet time worked for awhile but he just won't sleep. His bed time is 7:30, we usually end up leaving his room around 8 oir 8:15. Sometimes he comes out and we redirect him back up to 9pm. He wakes up at 5-7. He's only getting 9 hrs typically, last night it was 8. Don't they need 11 hrs? He says he's not tired, though sometimes he's over tired. THe only way i get him to take a nap is on accident on long car rides. And we went to 3 parks yesterday and ran like crazy and it STILL didn't...
