Trying to Break Daughters Habit of Licking Her Mouth, It's So Chapped and Red

My daughter is 3 years old. She has developed this habit of licking all around her mouth. It's all red and chapped all the way around! We keep telling her to stop licking when we see her doing it. But she doesn't even relize when she is doing it. Is there something I can put on her that will protect the chapped area, maybe keep her from licking, but that isn't toxic if she licks it? Is A&D cream, petroleuim and lanolin, going to make her sick if she licks that? Maybe something that tastes bad so she will break the habit. Help! She...

Looking for Advice on Infant Skincare

My 5 month old daughter is very chubby and has very red, chaffed skin on the back of her knees. I'm sure it's because her legs are so chubby, but I can't find anything that helps it. I've tried Aquaphor, Vaseline, A&D, baby oil - nothing works. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks!!

About to Pop,what Do I Do?

We Need Sleep!!!

I have an eleven week old little girl that has reflux. She is on prilosec and zantac twice a day. She has never been a good sleeper, but now is up every 10-15 minutes all night long. She tosses and turns and throws her head back and forth and is just very restless. We have switched formulas and are now on Enfamil Nutramigen (and using Dr. Brown bottles). We have also been to a GI specialist who wants us to do a upper GI scope test. She was losing weight and after seeing the speicalist who put us on the medicine, Aubrey is now eating 3 oz....

Severe Diaper Rash

Hi everyone. I have a problem. My son, who is 2 1/2 came home with this god aweful diaper rash with blisters from daycare. All weekend we tried everything, neosporin, triple paste, A&D and nothing helped because he is holding his bowel movements and screaming in pain because a little will come out at a time from him trying to hold it. We Need Sleep!!!
