Breakouts After Lip Waxing!!!

So I got my upper lip waxed for the first time, and the irritation went down a couple of hours later. I went out that night, and my boyfriend kept touching the area where I waxed and the next day i woke up with many whiteheads around the area. It's been 4 days since i've got it done and it doesn't seem to go away. I've tried icing it, warm water, acne cream, and hydrocortisone, nothing seems to help. It's pretty embarrassing since they are so noticeable, i feel like everyone is looking at me. Anyone have any tips on how to get rid of it?

Fingers Skin Peeling Off

I have been dealing with this issue (the skin on my fingertips peeling off) for years but it seems to have gotten worse in the last few months and whatever OTC cream I use it does not work, so I am thinking seeing a dermatologist, as he may be able to prescribe something to help. I have been using otc hydrocortisone cream for a month now and it helped just a little (it helps the cracked skin to heal, but since the skin is still very dry, it starts peeling off again). Anyone have dealt with this? Thanks.
