Skin Care Problems for Mom

Before I had my daughter I had great skin that needed very little work done to it. Now that I've had her I swear the total chemistry of my skin has changed! 5 Year Old with Itchy Skin-

My 5 year old son complains he needs to scratch all the time. It seems to be mostly his scalp and face though he does scratch his arms some. There doesn't seem to be any thing obvious like a rash or lice or fleas or dryness that I can see. Anyone have any ideas? It has been ongoing, not progressing to anything else so its probably just dry skin but thought I would throw it out there for some input.
