Pregnancy Sleep Issues: Pedialyte

Pregnant, Had the Flu and Now Just Can't Replenish My Body!!!

I am 6 moonths pregnant and had been vomiting and had diahrrea for two days, am much better now, but just can't seem to get my strencth or energy back. any advice on what can help with that??
