Help Please!! Jenny Craig Vs. Weight Watchers Vs. South Beach Diet??
Hello to you all!! I gave birth to my lovely little angel 4 months ago on September 1st, she weighed in at 9lbs 4oz 22in long. Throughout the pregnancy I gained 60 pounds ( putting me at 233 the day of the birth). I am now down to 211 5'9ft tall.I am breastfeeding still and I will continue as long as I can. I have been thinking about going on either Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers or South Beach Diet. Would you all tell me your experiences and results on anyone of these diets please?
