Having a Hard Time Finding Shoes for 13 Month Old with Chunky Feet

I am having a hard time finding shoes to fit my 13 month olds chunky monkey feet. He has wide feet and they are really chunky right behind the toes. When he was a baby he had Pedipeds and then I bought him a pair of velcro Sperry shoes. He has almost outgrown the Sperrys and I've noticed on his one foot, it's getting harder and harder to get the Velcro to meet up and connect. I also wanted to get him a pair of sandals and I've tried Keens, Crocs, Nike, Pediped and Stride Rites with no luck. I can't get his foot in any of them. I also bought...

The question about the husband having to share a hotel room with a couple, brought up memories of being completely broke. Broke meaning $5. to last 5 days until payday.
