Plantar Fascitis Help!
I really need help with anyone who's ever had plantar fascitis. I've been battling this for almost a year now and some times feel crippled with the pain. I've tried the rolling the foot a ball, anti-inflamatories, biofreeze, Dr. Scholl orthotics. I'm now ready for the heavy hitters. I've heard people say they've used prescription orthotics, boots for bed, accupuncture. What worked for you and did you have to resort to the expensive stuff or not? Trying to save money wherever I can. I do have insurance but have not met my deductible...
