Stoller for My 2Year Old and Infant

i have a 2 1/2 year old girl and am expecting a boy in october and i am having trouble deciding on a stoller. i am looking at the graco quatro tour duo and the counters options tandem by kolkraft. does anyone have either of them and how do they fit the infant carrier? thanks
