Son Playing with Right Ear a Lot

A couple of weeks ago I noticed my son playing with his right ear a lot, and still does it. I never see him messing with his left ear, only the right. I switched shampoos about the time it started and last week I switched back to the old stuff thinking the new shampoo was irritating him, but today in the bathtub he kept tapping/rubbing his bath toys against his right ear. Is 2 to Young to Learn Abcs

my son (who turned 2 this August) is just amazing me with what he knows. We have been taking a kind of laid back teaching style, and I was reading the other day how kids should master shapes and colors when they are two. Well he has already been pointing out stars everytime he sees them (he says "sars") so I figured I should start teaching the rest of the shapes.
