Swaddling an Older Baby
Hi everyone, I have a 5 month-old who still sleeps better when he's fully swaddled. My husband and I would like to transition him to no swaddle, but it keeps him from flailing around and waking himself up doesn't allow him to have access to scratching (he has bad exzema). I've been using the Summer Infant (former Kiddopotomous) swaddle with pretty good success, but now that my son is stronger he seems to get his little arms out by about 4 am (then wakes himself up, scratches his face, etc.) Does anyone use the Woombie swaddle?
