5 Year Old & Night Terrors or Nightmares?
My 5 year old daughter used to have the most AWFUL night terrors when she was younger (for moms with kids who suffer from these, you know what I mean!!)... she outgrew them... or so I thought. The past 3 or 4 nights have been AWFUL, she's been sitting up in bed screaming crying (this all happens before midnight) and when we run in there, she won't speak but eventually quiets down and curls back up under her covers. She's had no change in diet or routine that would trigger nightMARES (nothing that I can think of anyway)... She doesn't...
