Any Young Moms with High Cholesterol...???
Im 26 years old and I went in for my physical...got all the blood work done and was so nervous to hear the results...turns out I have high cholesterol...at first I was soooooo scared....I cried...and then thought about what I needed to do...I am heavier than I have ever been...Im too young to have this...and I know what to do to control it before they even think about putting me on meds...So do any other young moms out there have any advice for me...My boy is 4 and I want to make changes for him and my huisband...Im really glad that my...
