Britax Marathon 70 - Toxic?

Hi moms, Did anyone else see the news clip on NBC 5 the other night saying that they tested car seats for toxic chemicals and one of the 3 worst seats was the Britax Marathon 70? Of course that is the car seat I have for my son! I've tried to find other articles but haven't seen anything. Should I be worried? Thanks
