Diaper Rash Dilema!!!

hi ladies... a severe diaper rash is taking over my son and i'm all out of ideas. i have tried everysinge type of diaper rash cream i can find. i am letting him run around in the buff as he peas and poohs all over everything in an attempt to clear this up... and nothing seams to be working...i could sure use some advice! next step is the doctor all the advice is much appreciated! thanks!! :)
