Guilt over Son's Premature Birth

Hi ladies, I'm new to this site and in need of an honest opinion about my son's birth. My son was born a few months ago and he was born at 31 weeks and I feel like it was all my fault. HELP!! My 8 Month Old Baby Has Diaper Rash So Bad I Can See Some Red Skin!!!!

I'm feeling so bad :( Since yesterday she has had severe mucusy diarrhea and she only vomited once uptil now. She cries in pain every time she pooped and everytime i changed her diaper right after she pooped I could see her diaper rash growing. I kept putting Desitin and also I have Up and Up diaper rash cream. Electric Toothbrush with 3 Year Old?

Toothbrushing is a chore with my 3 year old son. He does have a bit of autism, but I am pretty sure that he doesn't have oral sensitivity. I just think he is being a pita; he actually gets really silly during toothbrushing and wants to run around with the brush in his mouth. I noticed that he does have some gingivitis. I got such positive feedback on my son's sleeping issue I thought I would ask for advice on his eating baby food issue. He is 10 months old, 11 month on March 27th. Teething Baby Not Sleeping!!

My daughter got through her first 8 teeth pretty good. Now she's getting her molars and is having a terrible time. She's only sleeping every other night. My husband and I have been taking shifts on the nights she doesn't sleep well so we can at least get a few hours sleep. She cries and whimpers and thrashes back and forth. Orajel and Tylenol don't do anything. We both have full time jobs and have been working overtime, so we're beyond tired. Any advice?
