Am I Sheltering My Child?
I don't think that I am, but I did get a negative comment from someone (not on here). My son is 3. I don't let him listen to anything other than kids/educational music. He doesn't watch anything other than kids/educational television programs. I don't do anything inappropriate in front of him. My fiancee and I will only "peck" each other if he is around. I don't let him play with toy guns or anything that could be deemed violent. I thought (and still do) that we are parents should let our children enjoy their innocence. So because...
