Afraid of Going Away on Vacation- Will a Hypnotist Work?? or Valium?? or What?
I just get this panicky feeling when I think of going on a vacation. By car is ok.. on a plane-- I just get nervous.. or even a cruise. I'm not in control - I'm not the one driving. I get scared thinking about being closed in. HELP. We want to go away this year to celebrate out 20th anniversary... and it sounds great when we talk about it.. but I get nervous thinking about it. We were suppose to go away 3 years ago.. and the morning of the plane trip, I freaked and decided not to go. I've been on planes and cruises and loved it.. but...
