Great Vacation Spots in the PNW for Rhe Whole Family?

We're looking for some nearby vacation spots (Washington and perhaps Oregon) for the Spring/Summer that both our three-year-old and we will enjoy. I'm open to all ideas: from camping to posh. We'd love to hear what you recommend!
