If there was a "zero stars" rating, I would have picked it! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MERCHANT!! Placed an order June 10 for bridal shower invitations and thank you cards- never received a proof. Charged my debit card on June 12, though. I started calling, leaving messages, and sent an email. Documented it all- good thing, because I never received anything but a headache. Now I'm working with my bank to get the money back into my account. Not one returned phone call or an email back. Terrible customer service. She should be ashamed of herself. Never, ever order from this website if it ever goes live!

I have ordered my son's 1st birthday invatations and thank you cards from Special Occasion Supplies on May 23, 2009. At first I thought it was great because they were affordable, and Erin had worked to make the invatations just the way I wanted them. However, it is now July 1st and I have not recieved a shipping notice or my order (although the business was quick to charge my credit card). I tried calling and e-mailing Erin, but have yet to recieve a response. Also, the website is no longer working. I am not happy with the customer service at all, and feel that I have just been ripped off. I do not recommend this business at all, and every other review online states the same.
