My son, who is now 7, has been using his Sniffle Sleeve (SS) as needed since he was 5. First of all, he loves that his SS is cool looking - it is black and has flames on it. He also really loves the "good smell" of his SS. The good smell is from the wonderful essential oil blend (there is a variety of blends, depending on the ailment) that is put on his SS. The SS has reinforced what we have been trying to teach our kids: to cough and sneeze in to their elbows rather than their hands. Plus, there is the added natural therapeutic benefit of the essential oil blends. The SS has become a symbol of comfort when my son is not feeling well. Overall, the Sniffle Sleeve has provided a natural, comforting remedy for illnesses in our house and I would highly recommend it!
