Shining Light Prenatal Education is an independent resource for pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding information and classes. We also teach prenatal yoga, with additional yoga classes available.

Our mission is to educate and empower women and their families so that they may have the birth they are intended to have.

We believe that birth is a natural, normal process, which is truly a transformational point in a woman’s life. Birth is a Rite of Passage. We work to support a woman’s choices during pregnancy, birth and early parenting.
