Each workout is different and unique. No other program currently allows you to access the top 40 celebrity trainers like (Kathy Smith),from around the world and then creates a program unique to your needs.
Choose from a variety of exercise programs like, pilates, yoga, running, walking/jogging, weightlifting, muscle toning/shaping, weightloss, circuit training, cycling and many more.
Each program has hundreds of different workout programs with the ability to be customized for you.

This is an awesome product (as well as a new start up company. Unique opportunity to be at the beginning)!

This is the coolest thing to hit the market! With a new baby and no way to get to the gym or pay for a personal trainer at home, this is the perfect way to lose the baby weight!

You can download a workout and put the baby in the stroller or sneek in a pilates workout while the baby is sleeping to tone up those abs!

It worked for me - lost 50 pounds of baby wieght!

I love my keychain trainer and the encouragement and support I get from top trainers for exercising right at home! Linda provides excellent support and responds to my questions right away.
