In addition to medical & wellness massage, deep tissue, hot stone and cupping massage, reflexology & reiki or ear candling I provide, we also offer family stress relief programs such as:
1) NEW PROGRAM for Children & their Parents - under the supervision of a licensed massage therapist you and your child will learn how to use massage techniques to help calm down and reduce stress.
2)Infant massage classes - learn, how to massage your baby to help promote parent - infant bonding as well as reduce the infant's colic pain. You could have your class during your last 2 months of pregnancy ( practice with a doll) and repeat with your own baby (4 weeks - 6 months old).

One day I was picking up a small box of the floor and suddenly something just snapped in my back. I couldn't move. I got Maria's number from a friend and decided to pay her a visit the same day. After the first visit I felt so much better. She got me up and going again in no time. Since than I stop by for a massage regularly. I really recommend this place.
