Are you leaking when you run, jump, cough or sneeze? Is your bladder falling down? You may be experiencing the impact of a weakened pelvic floor. You are in the company of 20+ million other women! I am a physical therapist & a mom of 3 who had to rehab from my own prolapsed bladder after my first delivery. I have created a DVD so other women can benefit from the research that I did in devising an effective rehab protocol. Go to www.hab-it.com for more information.

I suffered from severe pelvic floor issues after delivering my daughter. The Hab-it DVD and Advanced Stabilization workout were a major component of my rehab. I went from having 2 "Grade 3" prolapses to just 1, barely noticeable "Grade 0.5" in the course of 2 years. It is a miracle!
I still use the Advanced Program to this day - it is challenging but at the same time establishes a healthy & safe base so you can launch into new workout programs with less risk of injury. It is like having your own PT/personal trainer in the comfort of your house! I would highly HIGHLY recommend both the programs and the advice on their site.
Hi, I am a grandmother, so I still am qualified as a mama, albeit, quite a bit older. I had a hyst many years ago with no problems until I quit HRT and immediately got a cystocele (prolapsed bladder). Recently it has become worse and I started to worry that I would need surgery (which is very often not successful and may make things worse). I found Hab-it.com and watched the clips on the website. As a ret. RN I knew that these Kegels and exercises made sense and would not cause my prolapse to worsen. I ordered the DVD and I have finally seen progress and improvement in my status. This is a huge relief as my life was becoming very compromised by my prolapse; now I go days without thinking about it. My abdomen is stronger, my pelvic floor muscles are more responsive *and* I have had no negative effects on my very bad back and SI joint. The neutral spine/posture is absolutely excellent and works for me, whereas another type of posture caused pain in my SI joint. I don't do most of the exercises, because of my spine, but the neutral spine and two-phase Kegels have made so much difference. My abdomen is tighter and my core just generally feels stronger. The pace and choices of exercise programs is excellent. I'm so grateful to know that with investing only a few minutes a day I can avoid the serious concerns of surgery.
I have been a step and a spin instructor for a long time. It always amazed me how many women in my classes would skip out on certain parts of the class b/c they were afraid they would leak during class. Never quite knew what to tell them. After the birth of my daughter, I had a better understanding of what all of those women were dealing with. A friend turned me onto this DVD -- helped me to understand what was going on and what could be done. As an exercise instructor, I really appreciated the clear descriptions of the exercises and the no nonsense approach to the workouts...ONLY another mom could understand how little time we all have to do these workouts!
2 kids in 2 years and I was still leaking every time I laughed too hard! and no matter how many kegels I did, nothing seemed to work. A friend recommended this DVD and after a few weeks I actually noticed a real difference. The hard part is of course finding time to actually do the exercises, but they do a good job streamlining stuff so I can usually get through a workout (in the fast format) before one of them wakes up. Worth the 30 bucks!
As a Childbirth Professional (Doula, Childbirth Educator and Lactation Educator) I highly recommend the Hab-It Pelvic Floor DVD program to all of my clients...and girlfriends! I can personally attest to its' benefits after having my own four children and suffering from incontinence after childbirth.
Being a mom doesn't mean you automatically have to accept that you sometimes "pee" when you laugh, sneeze, cough and exercise....it just means you NEED the Hab-It Pelvic Floor DVD. Following along with the guided exercises in the DVD (in the privacy of your own home) will help you regain your bladder control and confidence!
