Led by husband-wife team CrossFit Personal Trainers Lance and Karen, Fitness Boot Camp is designed to deliver the absolute best in fitness for all ages (beginning at 13). Exercises consist of calisthenics, plyometrics, power lift moves, olympic lifting and cardio. This is the best excersise program that I have found in Anchorage!
