PRE & POST NATAL MASSAGE:
If there is any time for a woman to get a massage it is while pregnant or immediately afterward. This massage is a Swedish massage with other techniques mixed in to help with circulation, tired muscles and fatigue. Essential oils are used sparingly. With the use of specifically positioned pillows, the mom is positioned semi-reclined and then on her side for comfort.
AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE:
A heavenly combination of essential oils incorporated into Swedish massage. Hot stones, deep tissue and Reiki energy are applied where needed. These massages are very healing for the physical, mental and emotional well being of the client.

Lynda really knows what she is doing! I had terrible sciatic nerve pain with my pregnancy and she knew exactly what to to to help me feel better. I highly recommend her for a fantastic massage experience.
I first met Lynda five years ago, when I was pregnant and suffering from terrible headaches. She was very flexible and worked her schedule to meet with me quickly. I was so happy and relieved to have found her. Since then, I haven't seen anyone else for a massage. She is extremely intuitive, down to earth, strong and responsive. Right now, I'm training for a triathlon and her massages are an integral part of that training. She brings my body back together!
Lynda is an amazing massage therapist. She creates a warm and healing environment. And she is so very intuituve, present and aware. I have had many massages by Lynda over the course of many years and she has never "phoned it in." I always feel she is enteirly in tune with what I need. I would highly recommend Lynda!
