I sent in 62 like new, expensive brand names, gorgeous boy clothes to flip size. They accepted 44 and I got 497 points which is littarly $24 in credit. After buying 4 items and paying $3.70 (total shipping $8.99) in shipping and $5 for my bag to send the clothes, I literally ended up with 4 little dresses. The lady probably paid 25 cents a piece for each dress. This was the worst experience. Basically, you trade 10 litems and get one item. What a horrible rip off. This business has nothing to do with flip, instead it is give your clothes away and you get one item .Not to mention all of the things that she rejects. You have no idea why or can not dispute why she rejected your clothes. I wonder what she does with all the clothes she rejectls? Anyway a horrible, horrible experience and do not recommend this to anyone. Great to buy, but you are putting money in this owner's pocket at the expense of her nearly stealing other's clothing. On her site she does not state that 10 items equals 1 item for swapping.

FlipSize has made swapping your children's clothes FUN and EASY. You are able to browse the mall 24/7 and do not have to worry about the condition of the items you will receive with their "no duds" policy. They also have top notch customer service. This is a win-win in my book!

We love Flipsize at our house! We've ordered four boxes so far and each one was filled with really cute stuff for both of my little boys.

I LOVE FlipSize! I am so happy to have found this amazing site. Everything is clean, cute and the Customer Service is the Best I have ever seen. I have been telling everyone I know about this site. I love being able to shop for different children at the same time and love being able to clean out my closets too.

I received my first FlipSize box about a week ago and was extremely impressed with my overall experience! Since I have both a daughter and a son, I was able to pick things for both of them, in various sizes, rather than just one gender and one size. And the clothes were in great condition! I truly LOVE FlipSize and hope they continue to grow and prosper so I can order more boxes throughout the years to come! :)

I have been VERY impressed with the amazing customer service at Flipsize. My first box I received from them was just wonderful!! All items I CHOSE they were all in WONDERFUL condition!!! Perfect way to recycle my kids clothing and gain a new wardrobe for them!! :)

It is so very easy to exchange my kids clothes for what I needed. I have sent in and received some already and I am very happy. I like how I there is something for everyone and the turnaround was very quick! The site really wants to listen to the customers and improve in any way that they can. It has been great using Flipsize and I will continue to do so in the future.

I am a new member and have received 2 boxes of clothing so far. They were in excellent condition. I love that I got to pick out each item and that I did not have to do much work (like take pictures or write out in depth descriptions) such as other similar sites.

I've had a great experience with Flipsize! The first box I ordered had all very high quality items and all were in excellent condition - many of them looked like they had never even been worn. Customer Service rocks - they are quick to respond to comments and are open to suggestions from their members for improvement. Highly recommend!

i have gotten some incredible finds from FlipSize and just adore the customer service. The site is easy to use, fun to browse, and makes swapping a breeze, not a time consuming chore. Thanks FlipSize for giving busy mama's a better option!! (my 3rd box will be here today, and tomorrow, my 4th! woohoo!)

I have been SO happy with this service! I tried 'other' clothing swap sites but was always unhappy paying for a whole box of clothes when I really only wanted 1 or 2 items in the box. Or even worse, getting clothes that were stained or stinky, and being told too bad by customer service! My first box from Flipsize has me addicted! I was able to pick out items for 3 different kiddos, and only got what I needed and not a bunch of extra junk. Best of all, once I got the box every item was in superb condition! It is so great to know that the items I am getting have passed their 'no dud' standard so that I don't have to worry about the quality of items I order. Another great perk is because I can send in boxes of mixed clothing, I don't have to wait for one kid to outgrow their whole wardrobe before I can get 'new' stuff. This is definately the service I have been waiting for, and coupled with an AWESOME customer service team, I will be flipping for a LONG time!
