I am an Independent Beachbody Coach. I sell Beachbody products. This includes Shakeology, Hip Hop Abs, P90X, Turbo Jam, Insanity, Shaun T's Fit Kids Club, and many more.

Starting on Wednesday, November 3rd I will have the Metamora Fit Club at the Metamora Lions Club. We will meet at 6:00 p.m. and go until 8:30 p.m. (approximately). What goes on at a Fit Club? We workout to a Beachbody DVD, then we sample some Shakeology and at the end we go through the Beachbody Coach opportunity. Through the end of 2010 you can become a Beachbody Coach for FREE!!!!
