Dawn takes phenomenal pictures, first and foremost. Her final products never feel over-processed in post production, even the fun artistic ones. Even though Dawn is absolutely professional (a very good thing), my older child who is very shy is not the least bit intimidated and will ham it up for the camera. What I love most is that during the session, Dawn lets my family "be." Even for the "posed" shots, she captures our personalities, and she doesn't ever ask or force smiles out of anyone. She captures smiles as they naturally occur, so no "cheese" shots. She does melt into the background, and we forget that she's there taking our pictures. This is how the photographs come out natural (and very classic) looking. I would highly recommend Dawn.

I've used Dawn twice now for my daughters' one-year pictures. Her professionalism and skill are wonderful, as is her ability to deliver fabulous proofs in a short time. I have the *hardest* time choosing proofs to turn into prints because everything she gives me is gorgeous. I'm looking forward to having her do more shoots of my girls in the future.

I've used Dawn twice to photograph my little girl and recently, my family and both times she has done a fantastic job. She knows how to handle small children to make them feel comfortable and she spends hours to ensure she gets the best pictures for you. Both times I have used Dawn she has suggested great outdoor locations. And I absolutely love her photo packages. She delivers them to you in a beautiful photo box wrapped in tissue paper and a bow. I will definitely continue to use Dawn as our family photographer. She has a unique ability to capture beautiful moments with her camera.

I found Dawn over a year ago in our Pediatrician's office. I had noticed beautiful photographs hanging in his office and saw one of her cards sitting at the front desk. I asked a nurse and she confirmed that it was in fact Dawn's work. I took a handful of her cards (I had to share them with my friends!!) and emailed her right away for a session. We booked our first shoot with Dawn in November 2007. I have had many pictures taken of my two daughters (ages 11 and 2) but had never had portraits done. I was nervous about how everything would work but Dawn was so incredibly sweet and wonderful!! We were all so relaxed and had so much fun at the park that day. I was floored when my proof page arrived by email and had tears in my eyes seeing what she was able to capture. Her professionalism goes beyond anything I have ever encountered when dealing with an individual. The quality of her work is priceless and I will continue to use her as our family photographer as long as she is willing! We have since booked two additional sessions with Dawn and each one produced the same special and unique artwork as the first. If you are looking for a warm, caring and extremely talented photographer then you need to book Dawn immediately!
