For 22 years, Cultural Care Au Pair's childcare and cultural exchange program has offered families flexible, live-in childcare with a unique international perspective.
For only $345/week (per family, not per child), your au pair provides 45 hours of childcare and lives with you as a member of your family. Your children benefit from a one-to-one committed and caring companion and you can customize your childcare coverage according to your own schedule.

I am the Local Childcare Coordinator (LCC) for Cultural Care Au Pair in Crofton, Bowie, Upper Marlboro area. I used to be an au pair 6 years ago and love the cultural exchange program. I am so grateful to be now a part of the agency and provide local support to host families, au pairs, and help to foster that bond.
