Stroller Strides® offers fitness classes for moms that they can do with their babies. Our classes are taught by certified instructors who are also moms. The classes are one-hour and consist of a warm-up, power walking, body toning using exercise tubing, cardio, abdominal work, and stretching. This is a GREAT workout for any level of excerciser!
Classes are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30-10:30am and Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00-11:00am at Shevans Park.

I love Amy's class. She is an awesome trainer. I am fairly new to the program and I have already dropped a size. I'm starting to feel better about my body . This class is a great way to get out of the house and have fun with your kid. I also like to be able to hook up with other moms and find out what's going on in the community. Great way to stay on track!
Crystal Coast Stroller Strides is small enough class for exercise that you get one on one attention from the instructor as if you were paying for a personal trainer. Amy is very professional and VERY friendly. It is a great total body workout and fun for the kids too.
This is such a great thing!! A fantastic way to get a workout in with your kids, everyone is having fun, it is enjoyable whilst giving your body the get up and go start we all need in the morning. You can do your level of comfort - high impact or low, with a great group of people who all support eachother whilst our children are all having fun too. Every day is different -no mundane routines here. I love this group. I love that it is outside and we can enjoy it with our children too. I love the friendships, a fantastic instructor, and a real workout. I have felt so much better since I joined. Come check it out!
I don't know where I would be without this group! I have made AMAZING friends that I will cherish for a LIFETIME!!! My little ones have made AMAZING friends, too! SOOOOOOOO AWESOME!!!!!
