Bootcamp has made me stronger, increased my stamina, and toned my muscles. Sue always encourages me to work just a little harder. Each workout is different so I'm not bored. Sue leads a great workout! Try her class!

I have been doing boot camp for 6 months and have seen great results. I've got more energy and really try to eat right. Sue is a great, this is the first thing that I have been able to stick with and it shows. I won't say that it was easy to start but I will definitely continue. Thanks for all of your encouragement Sue.

Bootcamp in the Park is a must do. I joined a little over a year ago to lose weight and tone up. I love the results I am seeing. I feel great and I can keep up with my very energetic kids. The classes are challenging but fun. Each class is different which is good because I tend get bored doing the same routine. Sue is terrific. She keeps you interested and motivated.

I always leave Sue's training session feeling great because I get an entire body workout! I see and feel the results from the cardio and toning activities in my major muscle groups. She also inspires me to increase my overall fitness level.

Sue is my personal trainer and we have been working out for over a year now. She is consistent and continues to monitor your progress. The bottom line, it is up to you to eat right, but Sue will help you build strength and stay consistent with your exercise routine. If you haven't called her, what are you waiting for?

I have been attending boot camp in the park for ten months now. I have not only lost weight but have gained a healthy life style. Sue works with you to make sure you not only work out but that you also make healthy choices when it comes to meals. She is a great mentor and family oriented. I have become addicted to boot camp! Great for any level of activity. I started as a couch potato and have dropped two sizes and gained muscles I didn't know I had! Love it!

Bootcamp is great! She pushes you, but not to her limit, but to yours without being excessive. Sue's motto is "everything in moderation" and each class she designs to give a total body workout!
