Includes a unique combination of Yoga and Bellydance to ease common aches and pains of pregnancy; toning exercises support an easy birth and shorten the recovery time after giving birth. Each class ends with a guided meditation and includes discussion in an easy free flowing atmosphere. Classes offered in Bergen County, New Jersey.
