I have received a scholarship from CAPPA to fulfill my dream of becoming a Labor Doula. In order to receive my certification, I must attend three births. Upon me reaching my certification, I hope to volunteer with Operation Special Delivery, which is a program that provides volunteer doulas to women whose partners are, or will be, overseas with the military during the time they are due to give birth.
