Terri is a truly exceptional area director. In the six or so months that I worked with her, I saw how much care she provided to au pairs from around the world, opening up her own home on more than one occasion and advocating for them when insurance was not covering procedures that it should have for our au pair. She was also very responsive and helpful to me in my search for an au pair and was great with coordinating monthly events for the au pairs. I would recommend her service to anyone. Au Pair Care is very to have her!

We used Au Pair Care when we moved to Austin. Terri provided excellent service and a wonderful set of activities for the au pairs. She is attentive to details and makes sure that little problems don't grow into larger ones. We loved our time with Au Pair Care as a result of Terri's efforts.

We have been an Au Pair Care (APC) host family for 3.5 years now, and the experience has been wonderful! Girls have come from all over the world through APC and when they arrive in Austin they have an instant social and emotional network. Terri does a great job of getting all the girls together regularly to do fun things all over town. Our family has learned so much about different cultures by being an APC host family. We've had two wonderful girls we think of as family, and who have done an outstanding job of caring for our two small children. I highly recommend APC! The support from APC has also been second to none!
