I've had regular sessions with Cairyl over the past few years and I always look forward our sessions. I notice immediate relaxation in my neck and shoulders. She also has helped my plantar fasciitis so much that I am able to dance again. She is my best resource for stress relief! The ambiance at her clinic on Graton Road is very nice.
