What's your favorite quick, cheap treat?

I'm sitting here in heaven dipping chocolate animal crackers in peanut butter!

What can I do next?

Peanut Butter, butterscotch chips and rice krispies. Easy and really good. I can get the exact amounts if you are interested. You just microwave the PB and chips and add the rice krispies and spread in a 9x13 pan.

Quickie nachos.

Spread corn chips on plate,
Pepper Jack cheese shredded over top
Salsa spread lightly over cheese
Microwave few seconds til cheese slightly melted.
Add some chopped Avocado and sour cream.

For a step further meal, add cooked ground beef or taco meat or chicken, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, maybe some black olives, for complete taco salad.

Eat away!

the new "Valentina" flavored popcorn (the microwave sometimes wakes up my son from his nap though. Grr).

So sometimes I just sit down with a jar of salsa and chips. Last week I ate half a jar. :) And if I have real yummy fresh tortillas on hand, will heat one of those in the toaster oven for a min and pour salsa all over that and have a salsa taco.

Right now i am loving those mini triscuits with a wedge of The Laughing Cow (find it in the deli section--picture of a smiling cow on it)--they have a bunch of flavors and are mmmmmm good!! also the wedges are only like 35 calories, so no guilt. Love them!
