The Killers. Love their music, and it's great to work out to. Also Kings of Leon, U2, and Green Day are in my ipod.

What is your favorite musical style?

I'm mostly into 80s music, so I'm not sure if that's your thing. Duran Duran's newest, All You Need is Now, is a favorite of mine at the gym. I'm also listening to Adam Lambert's Trespassing, which has a lot of fast-paced music that's ideal when exercising.

Linkin Park, Paramore, Muse, Fall Out Boy, Blink 182, Angels and Airwaves, Kings of Leon...I can work out to most of the upbeat rock and roll alternative music. Anything with drums and guitars. Have fun!

I teach aerobics and buy my music at powermusic.com. You can make your own playlist to download or buy a cd.

I love Katy Perry's Wide Awake. Something about it motivates me.

I don't know what genre music you like but some that I listen to while jogging are Miley Cyrus- Party in the USA ( I know! But hey lol) Pink's Perfect- radio version, lyrics motivate me when I wanna just quit. Eye of the Tiger- you probably have that already. T.I.- Live your life.

Pretty much anything on J.Lo's on the 6 album.

There's a site called jog.fm and it will give the beats per minute of tons of songs so you can pace yourself and get ideas of songs. You can enter your mile pace and it will list songs.
I like running to The Killers and Muse and throw in some disco.
