I know nothing about bottles, so I won't comment there. I am strongly opinionated about feeding babies and children, though! I strongly feel they need whole foods and LOTS of good, quality fats at this age for optimal brain development. Read the ingredients on the bread you are giving him and see what's in there. Bread can be good or bad, depending on what they put in it. I would add fat and protein to his breakfast. Bread and fruit won't last him long; he'll burn through that quickly.
Since he's allergic to milk, have you looked into coconut milk? It's a whole, real food alternative for him. Read the ingredients on milk alternatives as you consider them. Many have much added sugar and other additives.
Since I don't know about his allergies, I won't recommend much more. Good luck!
